REGISTER FOR SICMUN VIII!
Registration Information
SICMUN VIII will be held at Southwestern University on February 7th, 2026. SICMUN VIII is open to delegates currently enrolled in a middle school, high school, or college. Delegates may attend with a delegation or as an Independent Delegate.
REGISTRATION Deadlines
Priority Registration is from October 13th to November 14th
Standard Registration is from November 15th to December 19th
CONFERENCE FEES
Below are the Standard Registration fees (including all committee and programming initiatives; excluding housing & travel).
School Delegation: $35.00 USD
Per Delegate Fee: $79.00 USD
Independent Delegate Fee: $125.00 USD
Advisor Fee: $25.00 USD
Online Committees: $15.00 USD
Independent Delegates do not have to pay the Delegation Fee and will compete under their own name, not the name of their school. Independent Delegates must bring at least one Advisor/chaperone.
Priority Registration Benefits
Those who sign up AND pay within the Early Registration Period will receive a 10% discount.
(Registration fee must be paid before November 18th to receive the discount)

Delegation Registration Instructions
For Delegations:
Add 1 Faculty Advisor Fee per supervisor attending.
This Includes the lunch for the advisor.
Add 1 School Delegation Fee per school delegation.
Add Delegate for each student delegate you are bringing.
This includes lunch for each delegate.
For Independent Delegates (not part of a delegation):
Pay the $125 Individual Fee, which covers:
Admission for the student
Lunch for both the student and one parent/guardian (must remain on campus at ALL times)
